General Terms and Conditions of the Institute4Languages ​​for language training.

The Institute4Languages ​​offers all interested parties a tailor-made language training, with emphasis on the respective prior knowledge adapted priorities in terms of content, structure and goal to.

The following general terms and conditions (GTC) apply uniformly:


§ 1 subject of the conditions

The following conditions govern the participation in further education measures of the Institute4Languages.


§ 2 Registration

The tailor-made offer of Institute4languages ​​to the participant is considered as registration. With the signatures of the participant and the Institute4languages ​​on the offer, the offer is binding and therefore regarded as a confirmation of registration.


§ 3 scope of services

The scope of the contractual service results from the general contents / goals and their individual adaptation to the requirements of the participants, as well as the related agreements of the contracting parties.


§ 4 Non-implementation

If there are not enough registrations for a group event or if it is not possible to carry out the event as planned for reasons not attributable to Institute4Languages, Institute4Languages ​​is not obliged to carry out the event. The registered persons will be informed in good time before the beginning of the event about this circumstance. If, due to the fault of the Institute4Languages, individual hours are lost during the course of a contractual relationship, then the participants / client will be arranged to repeat the lost hours. If the event can not be performed due to illness of the teacher, the participant has the possibility to organize the event with another teacher or to receive a refund of the costs for the corresponding event. Further claims are excluded.


§ 5 Terms of payment

Upon receipt of the invoice, the amount must be paid within 14 days to the account shown below. In the case of evening classes, the participant may pay the total fees at the beginning of the course or on request monthly.


§ 6 Appointment cancellation

A cancellation before the start of the educational event must be made by phone or email. A cancellation is possible until 12 o’clock on the day before the start of the event without any costs. If the event is canceled after 12 noon on the day before the beginning of the event, the cost of the event is due. For evening classes missed lessons will not be refunded.


§ 7 Termination

Termination during the educational event must be in writing by fax, letter or email
respectively. The contract may be terminated at any time in writing by both parties to the end of the month, subject to a period of notice of three months prior to events and without giving reasons. Legal provisions for extraordinary termination remain unaffected.


§ 8 Privacy

We use your personal data and voluntary information to provide our services and for your future support with information about the offer of the Institute4languages ​​by mail. We use your e-mail address with your consent to inform you in our newsletter about courses and offers. There is no transfer of data to third parties. If you do not wish any information about offers and services of the Institute4languages, you can inform us informally at any time, e.g. by e-mail to or in writing to Institute4languages.


§9 Right of Withdrawal (Legal Right of Cancellation according to BGB)

You can cancel your registration for an event of the Institute4language within a period of two weeks in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) without stating reasons. The period begins with acceptance of the offer by signing the offer. To maintain the cancellation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient. The revocation must be sent to Institute4languages.


Expiry of the right of withdrawal

Please note that according to BGB your right of withdrawal expires before the expiry of the two-week cancellation period, provided that the booked event has started and the first date has actually been offered. On the other hand, actual participation on the first date of the event is not an option.


Consequences of Withdrawal

In the case of an effective cancellation, the services received on both sides must be returned and any benefits derived must be surrendered. In the event that the event booked by you has not yet started and you have revoked within the cancellation period, you will not be charged any cancellation fees or other cancellation fees or fees and any fees already paid will be refunded. If there is no effective cancellation, the full participation fee is payable. This applies regardless of whether you no longer participate after an ineffective cancellation on the other dates.


§ 10 Resignation

A withdrawal from the contract is possible at any time until the beginning of the event. In case of withdrawal up to 2 weeks before the start of the event, only a processing fee of 30, – € will be charged.
In the event of a later withdrawal, the full invoice amount will be due, provided no substitute participant is / are made available. If your cancellation has been received in time and you have already paid, the fee will of course be refunded.


§ 11 Changes

Agreements deviating from the above conditions must be made in writing. Unless otherwise stated above, the general legal regulations apply.


§ 12 Other conditions

The rights and obligations under this contract are not transferable. German law applies to the contractual relationships of the parties.
